Ali Pfitzenmaier
Ali’s passion is seeing teams work efficiently and collaboratively; she believes this is an antecedent to success. She has a deep history of succeeding in some of the most competitive and cutthroat environments while positively impacting individuals and the team.
At the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she was a 3-time team captain of the women’s soccer team and won 3 NCAA Div-I National Championships.
After graduation, Ali became an Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division, where she consistently performed in the top tier in her class, receiving an early promotion to Associate. In these roles, she gained critical transaction experience across mergers, acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, and leveraged buy-outs within the consumer retail industry. She also received the Culture Award (2014) and the Recruiting Award (2014) while serving on the Company’s Mentoring Committee (2012-2014).
In 2015, Ali joined Endeavor (NYSE: EDR) as an Associate in the Corporate Development group. As the team grew in scope and size, she was promoted to Vice President of the Mergers and Acquisitions division and then to Co-Head of Mergers and Acquisitions. During her time at Endeavor, the M&A team executed over 18 acquisitions, deploying over $4.5bn of capital. Her team was responsible for execution across the entire acquisition process (pipeline, diligence, pricing, negotiation, closing, and integration).
In 2018, Ali left Endeavor to dedicate more time to her young and growing family while continuing to be engaged in select consulting work and boards. She looks forward to bringing her executional grit to bear on the unique issues facing your business.
